Oakland Limo Service Terms & Conditions

Booking and Reservation Policies

We require a 50% deposit to confirm your Oakland limousine reservation. You can secure your booking through our online system, phone call to (510) 904-0503, or email. Our team processes all reservations within 2 hours during business hours.

Cancellations made 48 hours before your scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancel between 24-48 hours, and we’ll refund 75% of your deposit. Same-day cancellations forfeit the entire deposit amount.

Payment Terms

We accept all major credit cards, cash, and certified checks. Final payment is due at pickup time unless you’ve arranged corporate billing with our office. A 20% gratuity is automatically added to parties of 8 or more passengers.

Late payment fees of $25 apply to overdue corporate accounts. Our billing department sends invoices within 5 business days of service completion.

Vehicle and Service Standards

Our fleet includes Lincoln Town Cars, Cadillac Escalades, and Mercedes Sprinter vans. Each vehicle undergoes a 47-point inspection before every trip. We maintain commercial insurance coverage of $2 million per incident.

Your chauffeur arrives 10 minutes early for airport transfers and 5 minutes early for local Oakland trips. Wait time at airports is complimentary for 60 minutes after flight arrival. Additional waiting beyond the grace period costs $45 per hour.

Passenger Responsibilities

Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced for safety reasons. Our 8-passenger stretch limo cannot accommodate more than 8 people, regardless of size. Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles.

You are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear during your rental period. Cleaning fees start at $150 for spills or excessive mess. Our damage assessment team provides written estimates within 24 hours of incident reports.

Liability and Insurance

Oakland Limo Service maintains full commercial liability coverage through Travelers Insurance Company. We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles after service completion. Lost items held for 30 days before donation to local charities.

Weather-related delays fall outside our control. We’ll reschedule your service at no additional charge when unsafe driving conditions exist. Our dispatch team monitors weather conditions hourly during winter months.

Service Area and Restrictions

We serve the entire San Francisco Bay Area within a 75-mile radius of Oakland International Airport. Trips beyond this boundary require special arrangements and additional fees of $2.50 per mile.

Our vehicles cannot access unpaved roads or driveways with clearance under 8 feet. Private event services require signed venue coordination forms 72 hours before your event date.

Dispute Resolution

Service complaints must be submitted within 7 days of your trip completion. Our customer service manager reviews all issues and responds within 48 hours. Unresolved disputes go to binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association in Alameda County.

These terms become effective immediately upon booking confirmation. Updates to our policies are posted on our website 30 days before implementation.
